Hàng ngày chúng ta chuẩn bị một bữa sáng cho gia đình và món ăn yêu thích cho bữa sáng chính là món bún.
Bún được sản xuất như thế nào?
Nguyên liệu
Người ta sử dụng gạo làm nguyên liệu để làm bún.
Quy trình chế biến.
1.Sơ chế gạo:Người ta tiến hành đem ngâm gạo trong một khoảng thời gian khoảng 10h đến 12h.
Sau khi đã tiến hành ngâm gạo đủ thời lượng nói trên ta chuyển sang công đoạn kế tiếp là vo gạo thật kỹ bằng máy.
Gạo đã được vo kỹ người ta sẽ tiến hành tráng lại gạo đã vo bằng nước sạch để hạt gạo trắng và hết mùi chua.
2.Làm bột
Gạo đã được vo và tráng kỹ sẽ được để cho giáo nước .
Gạo được cho vào máy xay để xay thành bột nước
Sau khi thực hiện xong công đoạn xay, bột được cho vào thùng để ủ.

Sau khi được ủ đủ thời gian quy định bột được ép hết nước chua và cho vào khăn vải dùng máy để ép khô
Bột đã ép khô được cho vào máy đánh nhuyễn cùng bột chín.
3.Thành phẩm
Khi bột đã đạt tiêu chuẩn sẽ được cho vào dây chuyền làm bún
Bún chín sẽ được cho vào chậu nước mát
Gỡ sợi ra cho đều trên khay hoặc giá để bún chảy hết nước
Khi bún khô được cho vào thúng,mủng và được che đậy cẩn thận bằng lá lót.
