  • Lá bánh
  • Nhân bánh
  • Dây buộc
  • Bột gạo tẻ xay nhỏ làm ẩm

Cách gói bánh Tẻ





Cho Bột vào Lá bánh




Cho nhân bánh lên lớp Bột bánh,sau đó cho thêm một lớp Bột khác phủ tiếp lên lớp nhân bánh




Gập lớp lá bánh lại phủ lên lớp Bột và Nhân bánh




Dùng dây buộc lá bánh lại




Bánh đã được gói chờ đem đi hấp chín




Cuối cùng bánh sẽ được đem đi hấp kiểu cách thủy để làm chín bằng hơi nước nóng trong một cái nồi lớn có vho một cái vỉ cách nước vào trong và để bánh lên trên cái vỉ đó.Hơi nước sẽ làm chín bánh và ta có món bánh Tẻ rất ngon và rất dễ ăn,đậm đà truyền thống dân tộc của những vùng nông thôn Việt Nam.
